The purchase of gun went smoothly, so my review only pertains to the gun and Savage, not the seller. Savage is selling this gun even though it has a magazine feed issue, which they appear to be making very little effort to address. Basically, if you load and insert the magazine the gun will jam on a subsequent round feed -- most often the first or second feed . I think this issue also occurs with the Axis and Axis II models too. Illinois forces me to use the gun as a single (shot) with the magazine removed or using a plugged magazine. Otherwise, I would have returned it to Savage for a refund. Further note that I reported the issue to Savage and they sent me another magazine, but the new magazine did not fix the problem. If you search the internet, you will find other complaints in videos and on various boards discuss the Savage 350 legend and these feed issues.
