A recessed muzzle crown helps protect the rifling from damage. The bolt unlock button works in conjunction with the top-tang safety to provide an added measure of safety during checking and unloading of the chamber. The X-Bolt features a three-lever Feather Trigger provides a clean, crisp pull, X-Lock scope mount, Inflex recoil pad, and a 60 degree fast cycling bolt lift. The Stalker is an excellent rifle choice for deer hunting in conditions where a hunter may not wish to take the traditional Walnut stocked rifle. It also has a matte blue barrel and action, detachable rotary magazine, short throw bolt, and adjustable trigger.
