SMGA.com is not responsible for uninsured items lost or damaged in transit by FEDEX or USPS.

If you would like to review the total shipping charges for your order, click checkout to preview the order. You can preview the order, including shipping charges, before you finalize your order. We do NOT ship to PO Boxes. Insurance is included in the amount of the purchase price of all firearms ordered from SMGA.com.

There is a FEDEX flat rate of $14.99 on all products purchased on SMGA.com and this applies to the lower 48 states only, both exclude Alaska and Hawaii. 

Firearms will ship out whatever method is the most cost effective for us at the time. Ammo cannot be on the same order as a firearm.  Firearms must be on a separate order from all other products on SMGA.com.

Firearms normally ship within 2-5 business days AFTER we receive your payment AND receive a copy of the Federal Firearms License (FFL).
To expedite the processing of your firearm order, please contact the dealer you select and have them email a copy of their FFL license to [email protected] and reference your name and order number. 

All firearm and ammo products will require a signature upon delivery.

There will be no returns on firearms once it is transferred from your selected dealer to you. Make sure you fully inspect the firearm before taking possession of it from your dealer. If there is a defect we will get the firearm sent back to us from the dealer to exchange for a different firearm or the money will be refunded back to you. If there is any reason other that a factory defect, the refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will not refund the amount of any transfer fee charged by your dealer of choice.

Shipping rates apply to the lower 48. Alaska and Hawaii shipping rates may vary.


Ammunition Restrictions

*You must be 21 years or older to purchase ammunition from SMGA.com.

Due to a combination of regulations and shipping constraints we are currently not able to ship ammo to the following locations:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Massachusetts
  • California
  • Connecticut
  • Chicago, IL
  • New York 
  • Washington D.C.
  • All US Territories

New Jersey- Purchases of ammo require a copy of your FOID card and Driver’s license/State issued ID. Please email these documents to [email protected] referencing your order number.

Illinois- Purchases of ammo require a copy of your FOID card and  Driver’s license/ State issued ID. Please email these documents to [email protected] referencing your order number.

 If your state is not listed above, we are able to ship ammunition to your state with no additional requirements.

 

No discounts or promos on ammunition. Ammo sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
