  • Do you have a physical store address?

                 Yes. We are inside Smoky Mountain Knife Works.  Our address is 2320 Winfield Dunn Parkway Sevierville TN.37876

                 Also, our new location is:   6221 Riverview Crossing Dr. Knoxville,TN 37924.

 

  • I have placed my order, When will it ship?

You Can always check the status of your order by signing into your account. We do ask 5-7 days after we receive your FFL to get your item shipped out.

  • Do I need to Contact my FFL?

                We do ask you contact your FFL to let them know you do have a firearm coming to them. This way you will also know how much the transfer fee will be.

 

  • Do You have my FFL on File?

    If your FFL is listed in our database we have shipped to your dealer before. 

  • Why am I getting charged sales tax?

    We are charging sales tax because we are now required to for orders to several states. The states we are required to remit tax to as of July 1st 2020 are: Texas, North Carolina, Illinois, Georgia, Virginia, Arizona, Alabama, Ohio, Florida, Pennsylvania, Washington, Michigan, Arkansas, Colorado, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Wisconsin, South Carolina, Louisiana, Nevada, Utah, West Virginia, and Iowa.

  • How much is Shipping and Credit Card Fees?

                We cover all of your shipping on your firearms purchases as well as your credit card fees.

 

  • Do you accept transfers and what are the fees?

                 We do accept transfers. The Transfer Fee is $20 per each firearm and $10 for background check.

 

  • I am out of state can I still purchase items from your storefront?

                Yes! We love for our out of state customers to come visit our retail showroom. You can purchase items in our showroom, depending on your states requirements will may have to ship your firearm to a local dealer in your state. All handguns will have to be transferred to your local FFL. Longguns, in most cases, will be able to be purchased and taken home the same day. This will depend on your state of residence. 

 

  • What type of payments do you accept? 

                 We accept any major credit cards. Unfortunately we do not accept Checks, Money Orders, or Paypal.

 

  • Can I return a Firearm?

Once a new firearm is transferred to you it is considered used, even if unfired. Consequently, we cannot provide a full refund for new firearms once they have been transferred into your possession. Also, we DO NOT reimburse FFL transfer fees on returned items. We do understand that some manufacturer defects may not be identifiable upon initial inspection. However, upon discovering a defect AFTER the transfer, the firearm MUST be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy). By sending a defective firearm directly to the manufacturer, you can avoid the unnecessary transfer fees of returning the firearm to us through your local FFL dealer. If we do receive a defective firearm that has already been transferred, we will simply forward the firearm to the manufacturer on your behalf. Manufacturer repaired firearms can be returned directly to the customer without additional FFL transfer or associated fees. However, if the manufacturer chooses to replace the firearm, the replacement firearm must transfer through your local FFL dealer to document the replacement firearm serial number. 

  • In Store Pick Up, When can I pick up my item?

If you choose the Sevierville location for In Store Pick Up please allow 2-3 business days for inventory transfer. Knoxville location allow for 1 business day for In Store Pickup.You may contact the store to check inventory per location.
