First time purchasing a firearm online from SMGA? Don’t worry… We have you covered with what you need to know!

Before you purchase a firearm online be sure to find a local FFL dealer to ship your firearm to. By law we must ship firearms to a Federal Firearms Licensed dealer. Feel free to use our FFL finder at the bottom of the page to help with this process. Once you have selected the FFL dealer of your choice, be sure to contact them to let them know you have a firearm coming their way! You can also choose an FFL that we don’t have listed. If you choose this option, please have your FFL send a copy of their license to ffl@smga.com referencing your order number.
All you must do now is select the perfect firearm for you!
Add the firearm to your cart and continue to checkout. At this point our checkout process will require you to enter your billing information, as well as the shipping information, which is simply the FFL that you wish to ship to.
If you have chosen an FFL from our SMGA FFL finder, just look them up. If you are choosing a FFL that is not currently listed under our SMGA FFL finder please enter their business and contact information. Next, you will select the shipping. Don’t forget…. SHIPPING ON ALL FIREARMS IS ON US! If you would like to upgrade your shipping to faster shipping, just select the shipping option you prefer.

Proceed with entering your payment information. Once the payment has been processed you will receive your order number and order confirmation. All firearm orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number so that you know when your order has been delivered to your FFL!

*Holiday Purchasing*
Christmas exceptions: Please note that the last day to purchase a firearm and have a guaranteed delivery before Christmas is DECEMBER 15. Allow for standard 5-7 business days for shipping long guns and 2-3 business days on handguns. This is all dependent upon receiving the customer's up to date FFL dealers license in a timely manner. To expedite this process we ask that you reach out to your desired FFL dealer and have them send a copy directly to FFL@SMGA.COM.
